I feel like A.J. Willis of The Wessex group did the impossible for me. I was trying to buy a home that I fell in love with for over a year and my realtor could not get the short sale completed. Finally, the bank’s sheriff sale date was 30 days away. I was referred to The Wessex Group and they worked a miracle. The bank was frustrated that the deal was not closing and would not extend us any more time. The homeowner was out of extensions but A.J. was able to get the judge to grant us more time to close. He completed the short sale process and provided me a lender who was familiar with the process. I was able to close on my home and couldn’t be happier.
