What The Wessex Group did for me was a godsend. I purchased my home for over 500k back in 2007 and I was overextended. I was in foreclosure and there was nothing I could do about it. I received a knock on my door from a Wessex representative who told me they could assist. I gave them permission to speak to my lender and The Wessex Group was able to get my lender to sell my mortgage. Then they were able to have one of their private lenders purchase the mortgage.
