A.J. Willis from The Wessex Group is awesome. I was introduced to them from my contractor. I purchased a multi-family home and it was a disaster. The tenants were a problem from day one. They would not pay, they would damage the house, and I was always going back and forth to court. Finally, I ended up in foreclosure. Being a police officer, specifically a detective I didn’t have the time to be in court all day and couldn’t risk being seen in court. Wessex did a great job. They got the property sold for me and dealt with the tenants. It was seamless. I have referred other people to them with the same results.
